Returns and Exchanges Policy

 All returns are subjected to the following conditions:

  • Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment to be accepted. A grace period is extended for holiday season for items purchased between Nov 1 - Dec 25.
  • Holiday returns must be initiated by Jan 2nd.
  • Helmets are not returnable/exchangeable for any reason.
  • Custom orders are not returnable/exchangeable for any reason.
  • Email info@jods.com to start your return. Include your order number. If you ordered multiple items, please indicate which items you would like to return.
  • Exchanges ship for free for the first exchange. For additional exchanges, the customer pays for shipping.
  • Exchanges are subject to current pricing. If an item was purchased on sale, but is no longer on sale (ie, Black Friday sale), customer will pay the difference in price for an exchange.
  • A $10 return shipping fee applies to returns.

 

BACK ORDER POLICY

We try very hard to keep our inventory accurate on the website. If for some reason your item is back ordered, you will be notified by phone or email and will have the option to cancel your order.

 

SHIPPING RATES

JODS uses USPS and UPS for domestic orders and UPS for international shipping. Domestic orders over $100 ship for free, while UPS prices are calculated based on package weight and customer location. The customer pays for return shipping.
