Shipping policy

 

JODS offers free shipping on domestic orders over $100.  Standard shipping rates apply on orders under $100.

We take pride in ensuring your items are shipped with the best care. We are always working on better ways to serve you. Please carefully read our shipping and delivery policy for your orders.

1. DELIVERY PROCESS AND SCHEDULE

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. In some cases, processing times may take up to one week if we are in transit between horse shows--you can always email info@jods.com to check when your order will ship. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a more detailed estimated delivery time.

JODS is not responsible for weather-related shipping delays.

Please note, all delivery times are only guidelines. JODS does not consider an order to be overdue until a week after the specified delivery date has passed.

We offer shipping to the following locations:

(A) Continental United States

Items shipped within the continental United States, including P.O. Box addresses, should arrive within 7 business days after the order has been shipped depending on the destination. Express shipping may be purchased at checkout. For urgent packages, please email info@jods.com.

(B) Hawaii and Alaska

Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take additional time to arrive after the order has been shipped. Please contact us directly for deliveries to these locations.

(C) Other International Locations and U.S. Territories

JODS ships internationally using UPS, with rates based on package weight and location. Please contact info@jods.com for more information.

2. SHIPPING PROCEDURES

We are unable to redirect or cancel orders once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Items - JODS is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please ensure your order shows the correct address and packages are not left on your porch. If an item is lost or stolen, contact us and we can submit a claim with the shipping service. Please be aware, the process takes several weeks and most claims are refused. UPS and USPS do not issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered in their tracking system. If you prefer to have a package delivered with signature confirmation, or through a different carrier, please contact info@jodsonline.com.
